How do I place an order?

Ordering is nice and simple, if you see a design that you like then we recommend that you purchase a sample to ensure you're happy with all aspects. Should you require changes to achieve your ideal stationery then please email or call to discuss.


I'm happy with my sample, what's next?

If you decide you would like to go ahead please fill in the order form on the website and email us the details that you would like printing  which font or fonts you prefer and choice of colours where applicable.  If you are not sure of the wording to use then email for possible suggestions.

If you live close enough we are happy to arrange an appointment for you to discuss your preferences and help you to decide.


When do I need to pay?

All stationery must be paid for in full on ordering. Should you wish to cancel your order at any time we reserve the right to charge for work already undertaken. 


Do I get to see what it looks like before it goes to print?

Yes! We will send you a pdf digital proof of your invitation and at this point you may make changes free of charge. You have up to four sets of changes free of charge on this proof so please be sure to check it through thoroughly, any additional amends to the final digital proof will have to be charged and quoted for separately. Once you're happy with the proof we just need emailed or written confirmation and your files will be sent to print.


We need different details printed on half of our guest information inserts, is this possible and what would the cost be?

No problem and no cost for that particular service.  We are also able to print guests names on invitations and names and address on envelopes for which there is a small charge.

How long will my order take?

Once we receive your order it should take 1-3 weeks to produce providing there are no major delays at the proofing stage. If we think, for any reason, your order may take longer than this we will contact you immediately and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order should you prefer.  If you need your stationery sooner then please get in touch to check if we can meet your deadline!


Can I order extra at a later date?

Certainly.  Your proofs are kept on file until one week after the date of your wedding so it possible to print further copies easy enough.


Do I have to order extras like table plans at the same time as your invitations?

No.  It is not necessary to order everything at once, although it is useful for us to know what you have in mind so that we can ensure that ribbon, trims paper and card are all available in the amounts and correct dye batches we will need to complete the order. Exact figures are not necessary, just a rough idea will do.
